Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  • Once we start processing the order, if you cancel the order before we've booked dispatch, you will be charged a 10% fee as Processing cancellation & Refund Fees.
  • Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, no cancelation requests can be processed, until the process reaches destination. In some cases, cancellation might be possible, but will require additional fee for the same, along with processing fees, return shipping fee, restocking fees (if applicable), and other fees.   • If the returns are due to customer remorse, buyer has to take care of return shipping cost. Only after supplier receives the product back and approves it to be in good condition, we will process the refund after all relevant deductions.

 

RAM GAMEROOM

Buyer’s remorse: If a product has been ordered and the product arrives in excellent working condition, and are only requesting the return as a result of personal preference, then we have two different options:

Option #1: We will send calls tags and make arrangements for the products to be picked up. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking fee & the costs of shipping the item back to us. 

Option #2: The customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking.

Please note that buyer’s remorse should be done as soon as possible, especially if it is LTL. The product needs to be in its original packaging and on a pallet. It must then pass the inspection. 

Anything past 30 days for small parcel and 10 days for LTL can no longer be accepted for returns.

We do not accept exchanges. If a product needs replacement, the buyer needs to go through the return process and then purchase a new unit.

 

VIKING LOG

We can only accept returns and/or exchange within 15 days with no restocking fee. However, if the product comes back damaged, we cannot provide full credit.

  • All items being returned must have prior approval.
  • Once a Special Order has been placed in production the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Product must be returned within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date.
  • All returned products must be met with prior authorization from Viking. Prior authorization means reaching out to us before processing a return. Any product sent back without prior authorization will be refused.
  • Viking replaces product or issues credit. If you have a defective product and you want to receive product prior to sending back the defective product, you must pay for the new product and the freight. A replacement part will be shipped on your next order.

 

WHITE BILLIARDS

We do not accept returns for pool tables, shuffleboards, custom jobs and all gaming tables over 2000lbs once they are shipped and received by the buyer. 

Our policy lasts 30 days for accessories and smaller products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vipgameroom.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

WEST STATE BILLIARDS

We accept returns within 40 days with 30% restocking fee for Returns and no restocking fee for exchange if the product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition, not altered and/or damaged.

Warranty

West State Billiards Cues are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the cue. Normal wear and tear on replaceable parts such as the tip, finish, wrap is not covered under this warranty. Accidental damage and damage caused by third parties are not covered under the warranty. West State Billiards, at its sole discretion, may void this warranty if there is any evidence of abuse or mishandling. The warranty is considered completed once the cues are either repaired or replaced. The cue does not have to be completely replaced for the warranty to be completed. 

The original purchaser must ship the cue with a copy of the original receipt to West State Billiards. It will be evaluated by West State staff to determine if the cue falls under the warranty. Any appropriate repairs are replacements will be performed by West State Billiards. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs to West State Billiards. 

This warranty is non-transferable and only is valid for the original purchaser. It is also not valid for purchases made from non-authorized West State Billiards dealers. 

West State Billiards has the right to change this warranty at time.

 

JOOLA

Returns

  • All returns or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return.
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service.
  • Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.

Exclusions

The following items are NOT returnable or exchangeable unless defective or the result of our error.

Important Note: We do not charge a restocking fee but may reject the return if it is not in new, sellable condition. All shipping costs would then need to be covered by the buyer.

 

WHITELINE MODERN LIVING

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and notification of return must be made no later than 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be shipped back to us in their original packaging, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the package for any damage and reserve the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return or deduct any damage repair cost from the refund balance. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, we will replace the defective item. 

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to the return of any merchandise is required. Failure to obtain such authorization may result in refusal of return. You may obtain a RMA by sending us an email at info@vipgameroom.com

 

FURNITURE OF AMERICA

We accept returns within 30 days for items in original packaging and re-sellable condition and 15% restocking fee applies.

 

MONARCH SPECIALTIES INC.

Returns:

  • All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  • All returns must be received unassembled in original packaging in re-sellable condition.
  • Monarch will not cover the freight costs for buyer’s remorse.
  • Deductions will only be processed with an approved RA # provided by the Monarch service
  • We do not change a restocking fee.
  • No exchanges are allowed.
  • Monarch does not provide credit notes.

Replacement parts:

  • Monarch offers a 1 year limited warranty on manufacturer defects.
  • All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Our warranty does not cover:

  1. Accidental damage
  2. Abuse or incorrect use of the product
  • If a part is deemed to be defective & replaceable Monarch will replace the part free of charge.
  • If a part cannot be replaced an RA# will be issued for a full refund. Monarch does not send
  • out no-charge replacements. A new PO will need to be placed with the order department.
  • Replacement parts are shipped via UPS ground standard service. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Monarch is not liable for certain factors such as transit time delays or location that may affect the delivery time.

MAXIMA HOUSE

Restocking fees

Should there be a reason for merchandise to be returned, a 20% restocking fee from invoiced cost may apply. Returns not in the original packaging will not be accepted without prior approval from Maxima House management. Merchandise returned due to an error in ordering incurred, not on the part of Maxima House, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Should you decide to return an item, you MUST get a prior approval from Maxima House via email. If you do not have a prior approval for any return, Maxima House will refuse receiving the merchandise and send it back with your driver.

Damages/Returns/Exchanges

Maxima House may accept claims for returns for damaged merchandise or missing parts within 30 days of receiving the order. Should you decide to return an item, you MUST send an email to receive a return authorization. If you do not have a prior approval for any return, Maxima House has the right to refuse the merchandise and send it back with your driver or refuse delivery with an outside freight company.

In case you received a damaged order (damaged during transportation), the damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery date. The damaged item must be available for pick up or returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date (if return was authorized by our office). Maxima House is not liable for the damage caused by third party carriers, so NO refunds will be issued. Claim will be filed with the carrier and the approved amount will be send to you. Note that NOT all the claims get approved or get approved for the whole amount that was claimed.

If a part is not available due to item is discontinued by manufacturer, a credit for the purchase price will be given.

 A manufacturers defect or damage must be inspected solely by Maxima House, either in person or by photograph, and deemed a manufacturer defect or damage prior to any replacement items or parts being issued.

 The following examples are not manufacturer's defects:

  • Colors may vary slightly from the photo because of photography and printing
  • Foam will soften
  • Sizes are stated in US standard measurements while the actual sizes are manufactured using the metric system, and therefore the sizes may slightly vary.
  • There are no exchanges or refunds on any pillows or special-order
  • Item was damaged during transit by a driver or outside freight company (claim must be filed with the carrier within 5 days after delivery)

No returns - other than stated above or for factory defects - will be accepted.

 

ID USA

Once a delivery has shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds for products.

Any shipping fees or charges associated with returns or rejected shipments are not our responsibility.

 

IRON SMYTH

We can accept return within 30 days with 10% restocking fee. However, to return a table is too expensive given the amount of transportation to and from the destination.

We have a 1 year warranty on the parts.
