RAM GAMEROOM
What is required for a damage claim?
▪ Ground – 21 days to report: You must provide images of Cartons and Product, order information and any relevant information about the damage.
▪ LTL – 5 days to report: You must provide images of carton and product, order information and any other relevant details. Also, we need to know if you have noted damage on BOL and/or wrote “subject to inspection” on the BOL.
Important Note: Failure to report these claims within the above time period will result in a rejected claim. Once we have complete information, we shall begin to process the claim.
VIKING LOG
- Upon receiving products, please check all the packages for damage before the driver leaves. If something is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before you sign for the products. This will make filing a claim and getting replacements possible.
- If an unusual problem develops, please feel free to call us to discuss the best action we can take. In many cases, we can send pieces and parts to repair these problems. We will not accept returned goods or issue a credit without prior approval.
- When repair parts are ordered, the customer will be billed for parts and freight. Once the part has been inspected and the nature of the cause is determined, we will either issue credit, replace, or contact you to resolve the problem.
- Freight will not be charged on replacement parts if they are shipped with the next shipment.
WHITE BILLIARDS
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we'll confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
WEST STATE BILLIARDS
We use freight forwarder, UPS, FedEx price based on weight dimensions and location.
JOOLA
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
- Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale cannot be refunded. Please ensure that items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.
- If return or exchange is the result of our error or defect, shipping costs will not be incurred.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will be notified regarding your refund.
- If approved, a refund will then be issued within 7 business days.
- Refunds will only be made to original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of defect.
- When your table arrives, inspect all packaging and merchandise carefully.
- If the item or the packaging appears to be damaged, refuse delivery.
- Contact JOOLA customer support immediately to have a replacement item shipped.
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be guaranteed once the item has been signed for
WHITELINE MODERN LIVING
We ship between 24 to 48 business hours after a purchase order is confirmed and paid for. For LTL shipments if palletizing is required, a fee will be applied. $25 for standard pallet size or $35 for double pallet size. Instructions for Ecom Operator and/or Store Manager
If you are setup to ship via FEDEX as your primary carrier, please follow the instructions as needed (TDD_IDD ZONE JUMP) to avoid any discrepancies on your billing.
Not following the steps provided may result in our Canadian address being entered on your bill as the shipping origin. Please note this does not mean that you are being billed international fees.
MAXIMA HOUSE
Packing/Handling/Shipping
All products from Maxima House are packaged to reduce possible damages that may occur during shipping and handling. However, the original packaging of most of Maxima House products does not meet the shipping standards for parcel delivery services.
We do not recommend using these shipping services and other similar companies who are not familiar with handling furniture. If you choose to utilize such services, dealer assumes responsibility to ensure that the packaging meets the shipping standards set by the carrier, and that each product is repacked before it is shipped. Any damages, to merchandise, incurred through these services will not be accepted for a parts request, exchange, refund or credit.
Merchandise shipped with an outside freight company must be inspected prior to signing the delivery ticket. If any items appear to have damage, or if the skids are not wrapped, banded and standing up on the skid, you are required to note this on the delivery ticket prior to receiving the goods.
ID USA
ID USA can drop-ship via FedEx, UPS, or a third-party freight carrier that we employ within the 48 contiguous United States.
Although this is not guaranteed, we try our best to dispatch products within 2 business days after receiving the order. Please remember that we are not liable for any delays brought on by carriers who are late, don't show up, or have insufficient capacity.
If an item is backordered, it will be considered void, and we will inform you right away if it isn't currently available or provide you an anticipated time frame for when it will be available and ready to ship.
In addition, packages that are not delivered because of labeling errors (such as an inaccurate address being provided, a label being destroyed, or a carrier error) are not our responsibility. Please make sure to enter accurate contact information, delivery information, and a backup phone number in case the first one cannot be reached or is not picked up. Any packages that are returned to us after a delivery attempt fails will be discarded at our discretion and these packages won't be replaced or given a refund.
We are not liable for any transit time delays after the item has been turned over to the carrier. The carrier will determine the specific transit times.
